Weapon mastery is an unique system that changes how class weapons interact with skills.
Weapon mastery can be achieved by transmuting a Weapon Mastery Token that can drop from Corrupted Zakarum and endgame map bosses (25% chance, not scaled by /players).
Corrupted Zakarum are deadly unique enemies that you will encounter ramdomly in the campaign across nightmare and hell that have a chance to drop a weapon mastery token (up to 75%, not scaled by /players) and an increased chance to drop uniques and weapons.
Once transmuted, the token is awakened and you can properly apply it to the weapon by transmuting it with the weapon and a few ingredients.
Weapon mastery specializations are not meant to add power creep or necessarily make the character stronger, but change how skills work mechanically or offer new itemization paths for characters.
You can only apply one weapon mastery per weapon. Weapon masteries do not stack (for dual wielding cases) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Weapon mastery can be applied to any class weapon, regardless of its tier (works on exceptional, elite and mythical bases as well).
Weapon mastery can be removed, but the token is lost on removal.

synergy debuff, and gains an unmodifiable 10 seconds cooldown

Legendary Arrow
No longer gains attack rating per
level or from synergy, but the damage bonus is doubled

Magical bolts split towards nearby enemies instantly,
