Note: There's an ongoing bug (limitation) with D2RLAN that makes it impossible to tell what skills each mercenary has. As a bandaid, some mercenaries will be slighly more expensive and you will be able to infer from their buy cost what skills they use, as following in the table below.

Oskills
Skill Description
Arrow, Fire/Cold/Lightning/Magic Enhanced Arrow A simple arrow that deals 100% weapon damage and that cannot pierce. The elemental enhanced variants convert 100% of physical damage to the corresponding damage type.
Axe Throw, Fire/Cold/Lightning/Magic Enhanced Axe A simple axe that deals 100% weapon damage and that cannot pierce. The elemental enhanced variants convert 100% of physical damage to the corresponding damage type.
Fire/Cold/Lightning/Poison/Magic/Wind Surge A small area of effect instant spell damage skill. Each skill gets synergy bonuses from all spells of their attuned element (e.g. Fire Surge gets synergy bonuses from all direct damage fire spells, like Flameburst or Volcano). Unlike other procs, those inherit the bonus damage from crossbows.
Fire/Cold/Lightning/Magic/Wind Brand A skill that attaches a brand to the target enemy and deals 100% weapon damage converted to the respective element after a delay of 0.4 seconds.
Fire/Cold/Lightning/Magic/Non-Elemental Spike Nova A skill that releases a 100% weapon damage converted to the respective element 64 spikes nova.
Time Lapse A skill that simply heals the user when it procs / is casted. Level = % heal (e.g. level 10 = 10% heal of max life).
Super Nova A 150% weapon damage converted to lightning damage screen wide area of effect nova that also deals flat lightning damage which scales with all of your lightning skills that deal direct damage and knockbacks all enemies.
Spirit of Nature Mastery A passive skill granting 1% physical resist and 5% life (additive with feral mastery bonus) per level.
Warm Up A buff that grants 2% attack speed, 2% movement speed, 2% cast speed, 10% mana regen per level. Also regenerates life equal to ~10 life per second per level.
Blades of Ice/Claws of Thunder/Fists of Fire Discharge Procs that discharge a simulated 3 charges charge up skill when they proc. They take the same synergies as the regular skills. Unlike the Physical finisher discharge procs, those take the level of the proc itself rather than the learned skill.
Fire/Cold/Lightning Damage Aura Aura that grants 5% specific Spell Damage to affected party members per level.
Fire/Cold/Lightning Pierce Aura Aura that lowers the resistances to the specific element of nearby enemies by 1% per level.
Dragon Fury/Execute Discharge This comes as a proc on items and when it procs, you get a fully charged, current level (skill level learned, not proc level) Dragon Fury/Execute discharged on the enemy.
Trophy of Physical Damage A buff that grants 800% Enhanced Damage and 50-100 Physical Damage to Attacks. Lasts 20 seconds.
Trophy of Speed A buff that grants 150% Movement Speed, 50% Attack Speed, 100% Faster Cast Rate, 100% Faster Block Rate and 100% Faster Hit Recovery. Lasts 20 seconds.
Trophy of Spell Damage A buff that grants 300% Spell Damage. Lasts 20 seconds.
Trophy of Sustenance A buff that grants 150% Increased Maximum Life and Mana. Lasts 20 seconds.
Trophy of Resistances A buff that grants 100% Elemental and Poison Resistances and 50% Physical and Magic Resistances. Lasts 20 seconds.
Trophy of Stats A buff that grants 150 to All Attributes. Lasts 20 seconds.
Trophy of Skills A buff that grants 10 to All Skills. Lasts 20 seconds.
Delirium A buff that grants 50% Bonus to All Attributes, 15 Life on Striking and Curse Immunity (does NOT clear present curses) for 4 seconds.
